On July 15th, G3 Enterprises officially kicked off the 2025 harvest season with its annual Pre-Harvest Kickoff event—a high-energy, company-wide meeting that brought together team members from across departments to align, prepare, and energize ahead of the busiest time of year in California agriculture.
Held at G3’s Industrial Warehouse, the internal event served as both a strategic planning session and a celebration of the people who make G3 run. With harvest season demanding long hours, tight deadlines, and seamless logistics coordination, the company used this moment to reinforce its core values: Teamwork, Agility, Value Creation, Trustworthiness, and Customer Focus.
“This event is about getting everyone on the same page and building energy before we hit the fields, the roads, and the processing plants,” said Tim Fitzgerald, Director of Ag Operations at G3 Enterprises. “We want every employee to feel equipped and empowered heading into harvest.”
Leaders from across G3’s departments delivered updates on operational protocols, equipment readiness, and different strategies. With a focus on efficiency and safety, the company reviewed best practices ensuring high service standards across every job.
A recurring theme throughout the event was pride in purpose. G3’s harvest operations support growers and wineries across the state, moving grapes, bulk liquids, and ag commodities using a diverse fleet of super hoppers, gondolas, white bins, flatbeds, and more. With so many capabilities, the company plays a critical role in California’s supply chain during the high-stakes harvest window.
But more than the logistics, G3 emphasized the power of its people. Team members were recognized for past performance, and the event created space for peer connection, shared insight, and collaboration—all of which are key to a smooth season.
For G3 Enterprises, harvest is more than a job—it’s a coordinated effort built on preparation, precision, and pride. And after this year's kickoff, it’s clear the team is ready to deliver.
